Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup candied mixed fruits chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  • Silicone spatula
  • 8x8-inch baking dish
  • - Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Fold in candied fruits.
  5. Spread mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Lift out and cut into squares.
