  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 6 oz box Stove Top stuffing, chicken flavor
  • ½ cup butter softened

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix zucchini, onion, and carrots in a large bowl.
  4. In another bowl, stir sour cream and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  5. Pour creamy mixture over vegetables and mix well.
  6. Add dry stuffing mix and stir to combine.
  7. Melt butter, drizzle over mixture, and mix gently.
  8. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
  9. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.
