125 grams vanilla yogurt (about ½ cup)
280 grams all-purpose flour (~2 ¼ cups)
6 grams baking powder (~1½ tsp)

Instructions
Make the base: In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, salt, and orange zest until smooth.
Add liquids: Stir in the oil and orange juice.
Mix in yogurt: Add the vanilla yogurt and mix until combined.
