Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

 

4 cups diced cooked potatoes (you can use leftover or boiled potatoes)

2 cups diced cooked ham

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups milk

Prepare the Casserole Dish:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or a similarly sized casserole dish.

Make the Cheese Sauce:

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Stir in the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
