Bacon Cheeseburger Meat

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

pounds 3% 85% lean 15% ground beef

1 pound country sausage

2 eggs

¾ cup green onions

⅓ cup ketchup

1 ½ teaspoons garlic

1 teaspoon garlic

½ teaspoon pepper

½ tea spoon of salt

½ cup bread crumbs

1 cup cheddar cheese

Small pieces of bacon (enough for 2 pans)

Preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 175° C.

Mix all ingredients except bacon in a large bowl until well combined.

Cut the bread and bacon slices in half.

Divide the meat mixture evenly between the two pans and press into a loaf pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 71°C.

Remove the meat from the oven and immediately place it in a wooden pan.

Let the meat rest for a few minutes before cutting it into pieces.
