  • 4 (6 oz) cod fillets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional)

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C)

  • Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper

2. Prepare the Marinade
