• Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until

fragrant but not burnt.

• Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, honey (if using) and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Pour the sauce and place the packet:

• Squeeze the lemon and garlic over the salmon and asparagus.

• Stuff the edges of the fillets over the salmon and asparagus, covering them completely; close the

package.

6. Baking:

• Place the foil packets on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the

salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.

7. Usage:

and serve immediately.

Tips for preparing good salmon fillets:

• Seal the dough: Make sure the fillet packets are tightly closed to trap air, this will ensure the salmon

and asparagus cook properly.

• Check commitment: Salmons are done when you can easily wake them up. Cooking time may vary

slightly depending on salmon fillet size.

• Variations: Feel free to add other vegetables like cherry tomatoes or spinach for a colorful flavor.

This foil-baked salmon with asparagus and lemon-garlic butter sauce is an absolutely healthy and

delicious dish. It’s a testament to how easily a nutritious and satisfying meal can be prepared when

cooked correctly. Enjoy this easy-to-make, delicious recipe every weeknight!
