Barbecued Chicken Wings

Ingredients

▢ 2 lbs chicken wings

▢ 5 tablespoons cornstarch

▢ 2 tablespoons cornflour

▢ 1 tablespoon brown sugar

▢ 2 teaspoons salt

▢ 1 teaspoon paprika

▢ 1` teaspoon onion powder

ADVERTISEMENT

▢ 1 teaspoon garlic powder

▢ 1 teaspoon dried thyme

▢ 1/2 teaspoon dark pepper

▢ 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

▢ 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Combine all the fixings, other than the oil and chicken, in a little bowl.

Dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.

Place the chicken in a medium bowl and blend with flavors and blend well.

When prepared to barbecue, wipe down the flame broil with oil to avoid the chicken from staying to the barbecue. Preheat it to medium warm.

Place chicken on the barbecue and let it flame broil for around 20-25 minutes, flipping each 5 minutes until they are brilliant brown
