Bread and Butter Pudding


Ingredients ( Serving 8 )

o 8 cuts of bread

o ⅓ C.Raisins

o 2tsp.Cinnamon

o 1 ½C.Milk


o ¼ C.Heavy whipping cream

o 2 Huge eggs

o ¼ C.Granulated sugar + a few for topping

o 2 Tbsp.Butter softened

How To Create Bread and Butter Pudding


1. Cut the hull off of the pieces of bread, butter one side of each cut, and cut the slices in half askew to make triangles.

2. Put a layer of the bread cuts butter side up in a well lubed 9×9 heating dish.

3. Sprinkle half of the raisins and cinnamon over the layer of bread.

4. Include the moment layer of bread on best of the primary and beat with the remaining raisins and cinnamon.

5.In a pot, warm the drain and overwhelming whipping cream, but don’t permit it to boil.


6. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar.

7. Gradually include a small of the warmed drain blend to the bowl with the egg blend, and whisk well to combine.

8. Once the egg blend has been tempered, whisk it into the drain blend within the pan once evacuated from the heat.

9. Pour the custard mixture over the bread within the preparing dish, and permit it to sit for 30 minutes to set.

10.Preheat the stove to 350 degrees, and heat for 30 minutes, or until brilliant brown and cooked through.
