Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

 

 

Stuffed Broccoli Breasts Chicken breasts are stuffed with a slightly cheesy broccoli mixture, seasoned

to perfection, and cooked to perfection.

Ingredients

 

o 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

o ½ cup grated cheddar

o ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

o 1 teaspoon ground pepper

o 1 teaspoon Italian herbs

o 2 cups chopped broccoli florets

o 1 teaspoon olive oil

o ½ red or green pepper powder

o 2 cloves of garlic

o 1 teaspoon salt

o ½ teaspoon black cumin

How to make stuffed chicken breast with broccoli cheese

 

1. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, but DO NOT make all of them. very easy!

2. Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, Italian herbs and red pepper flakes.

3. Mix the broccoli with the bell pepper, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic and more salt and

pepper.

4. Add whole chicken breasts and grated broccoli to the mixture.

5. Heat the oil in a pan on the stove.

6. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

7. Fry the chicken on both sides in hot oil.

8. Place the chicken on a sheet of paper.

9. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

10. In a bowl, mix broccoli, apple pepper, cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese,

chopped garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

11. Add chicken-broccoli mixture.

12. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet on the stove over medium heat.

13. Locate both sides of the chicken breasts and place them on the baking sheet.

14. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked

through.

Note

If necessary, use a toothpick to remove the filling from the chicken. Get rid of them before they

happen.
