Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf:
1 1/2 lbs (680g) ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
