Broiled Vegetables
The most straightforward, least difficult, and BEST way to cook vegetables – impeccably delicate and pressed with so much flavor!
Roasted Vegetables – this is often hands down perfect way”>the most perfect way to cook vegetables. After you broil them it includes profundity and delightful flavor, and they wrap up with the
culminate surface. This has been one of my go-to snacks recently, fair a bowl of quinoa topped with lemon spritzed broiled veggies. So great!
Broiled Vegetables
Ingredients
o 1/2 medium ruddy onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks

o 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
o 2 – 3 cloves garlic, minced
o 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
o 2 tablespoons olive oil
o 1 medium broccoli crown, cut into little florets (save stem for another use)

o 2 medium chime peppers cored, chopped into 1-inch pieces (I utilized 1 ruddy 1 yellow)
o 1 c grape tomatoes (optional)
o 1 little zucchini, closes trimmed, cut through the length at that point cut into 1/2-inch pieces
o Salt and crisply ground dark pepper
o 1 tablespoon new lemon juice
