Bubblegum Cloud Fudge
Ingredients:
21 ounces White Chocolate
6 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
4.5 ounces Unsalted Butter

1 teaspoon Bubble-Gum Flavoring
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3 drops White Food Gel
3 drops Pink Food Gel
2 ounces Mini Marshmallows

1.4 ounces Confetti Rainbow Sprinkles
Bubblegum Cloud Fudge
Instructions:
Prepare the Tin:
Line a 23×23 cm square baking tin with parchment paper to easily remove the fudge later.
Melt Chocolate Mixture:
In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix together the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and
butter.

Microwave the mixture in 40-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Add Flavors and Colors:
Stir in the bubble-gum flavoring and vanilla extract to give it that classic candy taste.
Optionally, divide the mixture into separate bowls and add white and pink food gels for a marbled
effect.
Combine with Marshmallows:
Gently fold in the mini marshmallows to evenly distribute them throughout the mixture.

Pour and Chill:
Pour the fudgy mixture into the prepared tin, using a spatula to smooth the top.
Sprinkle the top generously with confetti rainbow sprinkles for a festive touch.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours until the fudge is firm and set.
Serve:
Once set, lift the fudge out of the tin using the edges of the parchment paper.
Cut the fudge into 16 squares.
