Butter Pecan Cookies
Thick, chewy, incredibly delicious pecan cookies! Made with brown butter, brown sugar, and lots of
toasted nut butter, these cookies are absolutely delicious. An essential cookie recipe for the holidays!

week.I posted some photos of these cookies as they came out of the oven and within a few hours I
received over 100 requests for the recipe. Although I didn’t plan on publishing it until fall, I decided to

pecan butter cookies!
Ingredients
°1 cup chopped pecans
°7 tbsp. Unsalted butter

°1/3 cup granulated sugar
°1 cup brown sugar
°2 eggs
°1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
°2 cups all-purpose flour

°1/2 teaspoon baking powder sodium
°a pinch of salt
Place walnut halves on each cookie
How to Make Butter Pecan Cookies
Make sure your oven is preheated to 350° and place parchment paper in place 2.
Next, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer. The mixture is slightly

creamy.
Then add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat again for 2 minutes. Immediately add flour, baking
soda and salt and stir well.When ready, use a medium spatula to place the balls on the prepared
parchment paper, then place half a walnut on top of each cookie. Bake until golden brown, about 10
to 15 minutes.
