Cheesecake Bites
*Ingredients
° Cookies 200 grams
° 100 grams Melted butter
°5 Eggs
°700 grams Cream cheese
°100 g (12 cups) Sugar
°150 grams Melted chocolate
° 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
°40 g (1/3 cup) peeled hazelnuts
*Preparation
In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter, place on a baking tray and press down.
In another bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour over the pressed cookies. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares and dip into the melted chocolate mixture.
Freeze for 15 minutes.Enjoy!!
