Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cream Cheese Layer:

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream (or whipped topping)
Cherry Layer:

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Whipped Topping Layer:
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped with 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or use 1 cup whipped topping)
Fresh cherries for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even crust layer. Set aside.
Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
