1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup celery, diced

1 cup bell peppers, diced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
4 cups beef broth
1 cup elbow macaroni
2 tbsp tomato paste

1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Sauté Ground Beef: In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add Vegetables: Stir in onions, garlic, carrots, celery, and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables soften.
