you my Crunchy Strawberry Tres Leches Cake, a delicious version of the classic Tres Leches cake that has its roots
deep in Latin America.It’s a cake that speaks of celebration, of family gatherings on sun-drenched porches and of
laughter dancing in the air late into the night. With this cake you don’t just bake; They create a moment, an
experience, born from a tradition of simple but profound enjoyment.

cream. It pairs beautifully with a light summer salad or a cup of jasmine tea to balance its rich sweetness. Perfect

Crunchy Strawberry Tres Leches Cake
Ingredients
– 1 box of strawberry cake mix (and required ingredients listed on the box such as eggs, water and oil)

– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– 1 can (12 oz) condensed milk
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups crushed strawberry flavored cookies or waffle crumbs

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 quarter fresh, hulled and sliced strawberries
– whipped cream or whipped cream, for garnish
Instructions 1.
Prepare and bake strawberry shortcake according to package instructions in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Allow the
cake to cool completely, then take a fork and poke holes all over the cake.
2. In a bowl, mix the evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream and vanilla extract well.Slowly pour this tres leches
mixture over the cooled cake, making sure it seeps through the holes. Let it soak in the refrigerator for an hour.

3. Meanwhile, mix the crushed strawberry cookies or wafers with the melted butter to create a crumb-like
consistency. Spread this mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden
brown.Allow to cool and harden.
4. Once the crumbled cookies have cooled, remove the cake from the refrigerator and sprinkle the streusel on
top, followed by an even layer of sliced strawberries.
5. Finally, cover generously with whipped cream or a little whipped cream.Refrigerate the cake for another hour
before serving to allow the flavors to blend beautifully.
Variations and Tips
– If fresh strawberries are not available, you can also use frozen strawberries. However, be sure to thaw them and
drain them well to prevent the cake from containing too much moisture.
– For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and a lightly whipped topping.
– Would you like to do it a day in advance? The cake can be soaked overnight with the Tres Leches.Just add the
crunch and fresh strawberries before serving!
– Prepare individual portions by cutting the cake into squares and placing them in glasses along with the
