Custard Pie

 

Ingredients:

3 cups milk

1 cup sugar

6 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

a dash of nutmeg

1 frozen, unbaked puff pastry

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Spray pan 9 lightly with non-stick spray.

ADVERTISEMENT

Place the unbaked cake dough in a cake tin and also press the dough against the sides of the tin.

Beat sugar, eggs, nutmeg and vanilla until fluffy. Add milk and stir until smooth.Pour the mixture into a pie crust.

Carefully sprinkle the nutmeg over the custard.

Bake for 45 minutes
