  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups whole milk, lukewarm

  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

 Directions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C)

  • Grease a medium baking dish or pie plate

2. Prepare the Batter

  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy

  • Add the vanilla extract and melted butter, mixing well

  • Gradually sift in the flour and beat until smooth

  • Slowly whisk in the lukewarm milk until fully combined
