How to make a casserole with stuffed peppers
1. In a large skillet, brown and shred the ground beef. Once almost cooked, add the onions and peppers and cook until they begin to soften, 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Add the garlic to the meat mixture and cook for a minute or two until you start to smell it.3. Add the remaining ingredients except the cheese and let the mixture cook.
4. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
5.Once the rice is tender, add about half the cheese until it melts and incorporates into the meat and rice.

6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover the pot and let the cheese melt. If you’re in a hurry, you can place the pan under the broiler (if it’s oven safe) to help it melt faster.
7.Remove from heat and serve immediately.
