Eggnog Cake

 

Ingredients:

 

2 packages (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix

1.5 cups eggnog

1.5 cups whole milk

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

8 ounces plus 2 cups thawed, frozen whipped cream

14 ounces graham cracker squares

Grated nutmeg or chopped nuts of your choice for decoration

 

Instructions:

 

1. Mix the pudding. Mix the milk, eggnog and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth; Add 8 ounces of whipped cream.

2. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13 baking dish.3. Spread half of the pudding over the cookies, add another layer

of cookies, then top with the rest of the pudding and a final layer of cookies.

4. Top with 2 cups whipped cream; Chill for at least 4 hours.

5.Slice and serve cold. Garnish with nutmeg or chopped walnuts if desired. Enjoy your festive and easy Eggnog
