Fish Mac and Cheese

 

Ingredients

o 2 mugs of dry Macaroni

o 6 oz. Claw Crab Meat

o 8 oz. Shrimp, peeled and deveined

o 8 oz. Acrid Cream

o 4 Tablespoons Butter

o 2 Tablespoons Flour

o 1 Spring Onion

o 1 can Dissipated Milk

o 8 oz. piece Sharp White Cheddar Cheese

o 4 oz.square Mozzarella Cheese

o ¼ glass Panko Bread Crumbs

o Salt, Dark Pepper, to taste

How To Form Fish Mac and Cheese

1. Preheat broiler to 350°.

2. Peel and de-vein shrimp in the event that needed.

3.Cook the macaroni concurring to bundle bearings. Deplete well.

4. Put depleted macaroni in a expansive blending bowl.

5.Include the acrid cream, blend together well, until all noodles are coated.

6. Include the crab meat, blend well.

7. Finely chop the green onion.Set Aside.

9.Grind the mozzarella cheese. Set aside.

10. Soften the butter in a medium sauce skillet, or skillet.

13. Include the finely chopped onions to the sauce container, sauté until tender.

14. Sprinkle flour over onions and blend well.Let cook and brown for approximately one minute.

15. Gradually include the drain, blending continually until blend starts to thicken.

16. Continuously include the ground Cheddar Cheese, mixing always until cheese softens.

17. Pour cheese blend over the macaroni and fish blend. Mix well to combine.

18. Include salt and pepper to taste.

19. Put the blend in a well buttered heating dish.

20. Sprinkle best with ground mozzarella cheese.

21.Sprinkle bread scraps on beat of the mozzarella cheese.

22. Sprinkle softly with Paprika, to include color.

23. Heat at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until delicately browned on best.
