Garlic Lemon Shrimp Skewers

 

 

Ingredients:

 

– 1 pound expansive shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 2 lemons, juiced and grated

– 3 cloves of garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– Ruddy pepper pieces 1 teaspoon

– salt and pepper to taste

– new parsley, chopped (for garnish)

– wooden sticks doused in water

Preparation:

 

1. In a bowl, include lemon juice, lemon pizzazz, chopped garlic, olive oil, ruddy pepper drops, salt,

and pepper.

2. Include the shrimp to the marinade and let it rest in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes.

3. Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.

4. Put the marinated shrimp on the doused skewers.

5. Barbecue the sticks for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are misty and marginally

browned.

6. Embellish with new parsley some time recently serving.
