Blueberry Cream Cheese Dessert Recipe








For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar


For the Filling:

16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream


For the Topping:

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1/4 cup water


1 tsp lemon juice


Prepare the Crust:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.


In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Spread the filling over the cooled crust.

Prepare the Topping:

In a saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens.

Let it cool to room temperature.

Assemble the Dessert:

Spread the cooled blueberry topping over the cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving.
