Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, ground black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika (if using).
  2. Marinate the Pork Tenderloins:
    • Place the pork tenderloins in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well coated.
    • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the Grill:
    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
  4. Grill the Pork Tenderloins:
    • Remove the pork tenderloins from the marinade and discard the marinade.
    • Place the pork on the preheated grill. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium.
    • If you prefer, you can baste the pork with additional marinade during the first half of grilling.
  5. Rest and Serve:
    • Remove the pork tenderloins from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
    • Slice the pork into medallions and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Enjoy your delicious grilled pork tenderloin!
