Big Mac Salad Recipe
Ingredients:

For the Salad:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 cups chopped lettuce (Romaine or iceberg)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Big Mac Salad Recipe
Instructions:
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
- Assemble the Salad:
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and dill pickles.
- Add the cooked ground beef on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Serve:
- Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the salad just before serving, or serve the dressing on the side.
