Breakfast is the most difficult meal to manage at home every day. But actually it is the most important

meal. I mean, you can’t work properly on an empty stomach.

And your mind isn’t running at full speed, you know what I mean? Therefore, breakfast is the meal

that I find difficult to eat with the whole family on busy mornings at school and work.I usually let my

kids eat scrambled eggs, so this was a great way to mix things up while still giving them something to

enjoy. It was a huge success!! They tasted really delicious.

The eggs are well cooked and fluffy and the ham is a little crispy around the edges.Read my notes

of eggs and cheese.

Ingredients

°6 eggs

°bread slices

°grated cheese

°pork chops

°cheese slices

°vegetable oil

to prepare

Cut several small circles out of the bread.

Grease a muffin tin with oil.

Place a circle of bread in each hole.

Cut the cheese into cubes and add to the bread.

Add a slice of ham.Add grated cheese.

Pour an egg into each hole and bake at 180°C/355°F for 8 minutes.

Add more grated cheese and cook again for 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
