Homemade Dole Pineapple Smoothie



– 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

– 1/4 cup milk (can replace almond, soy or coconut milk)

– 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

– 1/2 teaspoon lime juice


– 2 tablespoons sugar (or you can substitute honey to taste)

– pinch of salt

– 1 cup whipping cream (optional for a richer consistency)


1 Put in the frozen pineapple pieces, milk, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and salt in give a blender. If you have

little helpers in the kitchen, this is a fun step for them to take part in – they just love putting the pineapple chunks


in the blender!

2. Blend ingredients at high speed until smooth and creamy.You’re looking for a smooth consistency, a texture
