Honey Glazed Chicken with Bacon
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
6 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons poppy seeds (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Cook the Bacon:
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon, let it cool slightly, then crumble it into small pieces. Set aside.
