Lemon Butter Crab

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 pound crab meat, picked over for shells and cartilage

1/2 container butter

1/4 container lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dark pepper

Chopped new parsley, for embellish (optional)

Instructions:

Melt the butter in a expansive skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 diminutive, or until fragrant.

Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the crab meat and cook until warmed through, around 2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped new parsley, if wanted.
