Bacon Onion Tomato Pie:
Ingredients:
Pies of 9 pies
4 slices bacon, well-cooked
5 tomatoes, diced and diced
1 onion, diced

2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Ritz crackers
2 tablespoons melted butter

2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Line the pie crust with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Place sliced tomatoes under the pie crust. Sprinkle with chopped onion, cooked bacon, salt and
pepper. Slice more tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, mayonnaise and cheese. Pour over tomatoes.
5. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheese.

6. Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is golden brown
and bubbly.
7. Once cooked, remove from the stove and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Note: You can adjust this recipe by adding herbs like fresh basil or thyme to add flavor. Additionally,
