Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup milk
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Vegetable oil or shortening (for muffin tins)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Preheat a 12-cup muffin pan in the oven.

Mix flour, milk, eggs and salt in a bowl until smooth.
Take out the muffin tin. Add oil or meat fat to each cup (about 1/4 inch deep).Return to oven for 5
minutes until sizzling.
Pour the batter into the hot muffin cups and fill them halfway.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown, making sure to keep the oven door closed.
