Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • ½ cup butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

 Instructions

 Prep the Oven & Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a shallow bowl, mix flour, Parmesan, and seasonings.

 Coat the Chicken

  • Dip each chicken breast into the flour-Parmesan mix. Press down to fully coat both sides.

 Bake to Perfection

  • Place chicken onto prepared tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.

 Make the Creamy Sauce

  • While the chicken bakes, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  • Stir in heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
