3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking flour

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Combine brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a

small saucepan.
Step 2: Line a standard 4-inch pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture for a smooth

by one and beat well after each addition. Add the peach schnapps and vanilla extract.
Step 7: Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently but thoroughly. Stir in
the buttermilk and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Step 8: Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Arrange the peaches on top and reserve some to
serve with the finished cake. Finally, pour the remaining oil on the dough.
