Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
White chocolate or vanilla icing for drizzling

Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
