Pudding Cool Whip Frosting
Whipped Vanilla Bliss — Light, Creamy, and Perfect on Any Cake!
This easy-to-make frosting is fluffy, not too sweet, and holds up beautifully on cakes and cupcakes. A no-fail favorite for summer desserts or anytime you want something quick and delicious!
Ingredients
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz / 96 g)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup cold milk

1 tub (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
Directions
Mix the pudding:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, powdered sugar, and cold milk.
Whisk or beat for about 2 minutes until thickened.Fold in whipped topping:
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well incorporated and smooth. Do not overmix to keep the texture airy.Chill:
Let the frosting sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before using, allowing it to firm up.Frost your cake:
