Make the Glaze:
In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes if using.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook until slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Grill the Pork Chops:
Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chops generously with the glaze on both sides. Turn them a couple of times to allow the glaze to caramelize without burning.
Rest and Serve:
Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes after removing them from the grill to allow the juices to redistribute.
Serve with extra glaze on the side and your choice of sides, such as grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
These glazed pork chops should come out juicy and flavorful with a lovely caramelized exterior that adds a rich depth of flavor.
Enjoy your grilling, and I hope your meal turns out as delicious as it looks in your photo! If you need another recipe or have any more questions, feel free to ask.
