• For the ribeye steak:

o 2 ribeye steaks (approx. 2.5 cm thick)

o Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

o 2 tablespoons olive oil


o 2 cloves of garlic, minced

o 2 sprigs fresh Rosemary

• For the garlic butter shrimp:

or 20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

or 4 tablespoons unsalted butter


or 4 garlic cloves, minced

or 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

or 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

o Salt and freshly ground black Pepper to taste

For the russet potatoes:

o 2 large russet potatoes

o 2 tablespoons olive oil

o Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

o 2 sprigs of fresh thyme



Preparing the steak:

Season the steak: Season both sides of the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper. Let them rest at room

temperature for about 30 minutes.

Cook the steak: Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and rosemary to flavor the

oil. Place the fillets in the pan and cook over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to

your liking.Let the steak rest: Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest on a cutting board for about 10

minutes before slicing. This ensures that the juices are redistributed and the steak becomes juicy and flavorful. To

Melt the butter: In the same pan used to cook the steak, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic

and sauté until fragrant.

Cook Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink and opaque,

about 2-3 minutes per side.Just before removing from heat, add lemon juice and parsley.

How to Make Russet Potatoes:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the potatoes: Wash and dry the reddish-brown potatoes. Cut into wedges and toss with olive oil, salt,

pepper and thyme.

Baking: Spread the potato slices in a single layer on a baking tray.Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown

and crispy, about 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through.


Place the ribeye slices on a warm plate and top with a generous helping of garlic butter shrimp. There are also
