Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, lemon zest, and salt.
Add the egg, oil, and milk. Mix well until a soft dough forms.
Stir in the baking powder and combine until evenly distributed.
2. Shape the Cookies
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Roll each ball in sugar and place on the baking tray with space between them.
