Spicy chicken drumsticks are a perfect blend of flavor and heat, making them an excellent choice for

any meal. Whether you’re hosting a party or just craving something delicious, these drumsticks will

satisfy your taste buds. They are easy to prepare and can be baked or grilled to perfection.

12 chicken drumsticks

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Juice of 1 lemon

Prepare the Marinade:

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, cayenne

pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Add the lemon juice and stir until the marinade is well blended.

 Marinate the Chicken:

Place the chicken drumsticks in the bowl with the marinade.

Toss the drumsticks in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

 Bake or Grill:

To Bake:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Arrange the marinated drumsticks on the wire rack.

Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the skin is crispy. Turn the drumsticks

halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.

To Grill:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Place the marinated drumsticks on the grill.

Grill for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.

Remove the drumsticks from the oven or grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, a side of vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Spicy chicken drumsticks are a fantastic option for a quick and flavorful meal. The blend

of spices gives the chicken a delicious kick, while the lemon juice adds a touch of tanginess. Enjoy

these drumsticks as a main dish or an appetizer at your next gathering.
