Ingredients
2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce

3 tbsp brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice (for balance)
1 tbsp butter (for gloss)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Ribs
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Remove silver skin from the ribs, then cut into individual pieces.
Place ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Cover with foil and bake for 1½ hours until tender.
2. Make the Sticky Sauce
In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes.

Simmer over medium heat until thickened, about 6–8 minutes.
Stir in butter at the end for shine.
3. Glaze & Broil
Remove ribs from the oven and coat with sauce.
Return to oven under the broiler for 5–7 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
Flip once and glaze again if desired.
