Strawberry Cream Cheese Icebox Cake Recipe





o 2 lb strawberries

o 2 handfuls graham crackers


o 1 -8 oz. package. cream cheese, at room temperature

or 1 -14 oz. can sweeten whole milk

o 2-3.4 oz. package. instant cheesecake flavored pudding

o 3 cu. milk

or 1- 12 oz. cardboard is punched and divided


How to make strawberry cream cheese frosting cake recipe


1. Wash the strawberries, cut off the tops and cut 1/4 of the width and set aside. Line the bottom of a

3-quart 13×9 baking pan with graham crackers and set aside. Combine cream cheese and sweetened

condensed milk in a large bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the peels to the milk mixture and continue stirring over low heat for 4-5 minutes or until the


mixture begins to thicken.

2. Add 2 cups of cream until smooth. Pour half of the cream mixture over the grahams.

3. Place a single layer of strawberry slices on top of the cream mixture. Place another layer of graham

cracker crumbs on top of the strawberries and top with the remaining cheese mixture.

4. Add another layer of strawberries on top of the cream.


Close the lid and keep it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Up and down while working.

5. Crush the remaining graham and sprinkle on top.
