Tater Tot Casserole



• 1 pound ground beef

• 1 1-pound package Tater Tots

• 2 10-ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (or 3 cans if you want it extra creamy)

• 1 or 2 14-ounce cans vegetables (whole corn, green beans, etc.)


• Onion and garlic powder (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

While the oven is preheating, brown the minced meat (season to taste while cooking) and drain off the fat.

Spread the meat in the bottom of a 2 to 2½ liter baking dish.

Drain the liquid from the vegetables and spread it over the meat.Using a rubber spatula, spread the soup cans


over the vegetables and meat. Use the soup straight from the can. Don’t mix it with anything.

Place a layer of Tater Tots on top.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
