prepared with the sweet taste of pineapple. If you feel the same way, I’m sure you’ll love this pineapple casserole as much as we do. The sweet citrus flavor is really the protagonist here. It’s a
perfect side dish or an after-dinner treat with a scoop of ice cream!

or 1 20-ounce can mashed pineapple with juice
or ¾ cup sugar
or 2 eggs
or 2 tablespoons cornstarch

or 2 teaspoons vanilla
or 1 ½ tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
or 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×9 baking pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, eggs, cornstarch and vanilla. Mix until well combined.3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and top with the cinnamon butter molds.
4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
