- Beat peanut butter, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
 - Gradually mix in powdered sugar until the mixture can be rolled into balls.
 - Roll into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Freeze for 20–30 minutes.
 - Melt chocolate chips and shortening until smooth.
 - Dip balls in chocolate and place back on the sheet.
 - Chill until chocolate is firm, about 1 hour.

Store in an airtight container at room temp for 3 days, in the fridge for 2 weeks, or freeze for 3 months.
Add sprinkles for a festive touch.
