Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown beef with garlic & onion powder. Drain.
- Spread beef in casserole dish. Mix in bacon.
- Whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper. Stir in 8 oz cheddar.
- Pour over beef & bacon. Top with remaining cheddar.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Cool, slice, and serve.
Notes
Add veggies like mushrooms or spinach for variety.
Use mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavors.
Keeps well for 4 days in fridge or 2 months frozen.
