Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb cooked bacon cut into pieces
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz shredded cheddar divided

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown beef with garlic & onion powder. Drain.
  2. Spread beef in casserole dish. Mix in bacon.
  3. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper. Stir in 8 oz cheddar.
  4. Pour over beef & bacon. Top with remaining cheddar.
  5. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool, slice, and serve.

Notes

Add veggies like mushrooms or spinach for variety.
Use mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavors.
Keeps well for 4 days in fridge or 2 months frozen.
