This recipe is even better than the restaurant version, my husband loves it.

1/2 cup cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Rice vinegar

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced ginger

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Optional garnish: sliced ​​scallions, sesame seeds

Instructions:

Prepare the chicken: In a large Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt and pepper until evenly

coated.

Fry the chicken: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook

until browned on all sides, about 3 to 5 minutes.
