Ingredients

1 bag Nacho Doritos, crushed

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (or ground beef)

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend – more if desired)

1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1/2 packet taco seasoning (or more, to taste)
Directions
1. Prep the Oven & Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

2. Make the Creamy Base
In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning.
3. Layer It Up
Add the shredded chicken (or beef) and half of the cheese to the bowl and mix. Layer half of the crushed Doritos in the baking dish, then pour the chicken mixture over the top. Sprinkle remaining Doritos and cheese on top.
4. Bake Until Golden
Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
