Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats (use gluten-free if needed)

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or any plant-based yogurt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven
    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    In a food processor, pulse the oats until you get a fine flour. Mix in baking powder, salt, and chia seeds.

  3. Add Wet Ingredients
